Note

  1.  The total discount rate comprises contributions from both Investor and Customer Programs. For instance, if a doctor invests $50,000 and purchases $75,000 worth, the combined discount rate for the next year would be 6.3%, calculated as 2.55% from the Investor Program and 3.75% from the Customer Program.
  2. The discount rate from the preceding year is computed from January 1st to December 31st.
  3. This Loyalty Program is subject to change based on market trends.
